The Support section of the Wacom Desktop Center allows you to check driver functions, view diagnostic data, enable driver logging to assist Wacom Support with troubleshooting, and access the Wacom Support site.

The Support Menu
Driver check: Checks the driver functions and conducts simple troubleshooting, allowing you to restart the driver, reset your device to its default settings, or contact Wacom Support.
Diagnostic data: Provides an overview of the status of your driver, device, touch (if applicable) and pen. For more detailed information on how to diagnose common problems using Diagnotic data, see the topics under the Wacom Support section of the Table of Contents.
Driver logging: Allows you to enable driver logging to assist Wacom Support when diagnosing issues.
Wacom Support: Brings you to the Wacom Support page where you can view FAQs, access online tutorials, or contact Wacom Support.
