Attach the pen to your device

Use the instructions below to attach the pen to your device using the Pen tether.

Note: If a Pen tether was not included with your Wacom device, you can optionally purchase one from the Wacom Store.
  1. Unscrew the back of the pen.
  2. Insert one end of the Pen tether into the back end of the pen and loop it over the catch.
  3. Screw the pen back together.
  4. Thread the tether loop through the anchor slot (1) on the back of the device. Then pull the pen through the tether loop (2) and tighten.
  5. Store the tethered pen in the Pen holder at the top of your device.
