Testing Touch Ring

If your Touch Ring does not work as expected, check the assigned actions or reset it to the default settings. Also try the steps outlined on the Wacom Support page. If you are still having issues, use the diagnostic steps below.

  1. Open Wacom Tablet Properties.
  2. Click the About button.
  3. In the dialog that appears, click the Diagnose... button.
    Note: The Diagnostics dialog shows dynamic information about the device, your tool(s), and appropriate information for touch-sensitive devices.
  4. If more than one Wacom device is connected to your system, make sure that the device you are testing is selected in the Device drop-down menu.
  5. Observe the Device Info column as you test the Touch Ring.
  6. Slide your finger around the entire circumference of the Touch Ring and watch the Left Touch number indicating your current finger position on the Touch Ring.
  7. Press the center button and confirm that the Express View displays on the screen.
  8. When you are done, click on the Close button.
