Battery status

Battery status

Battery status for the MobileStudio Pro is shown in Wacom Center and on the pen display.

To charge the MobileStudio Pro, connect the device to a power source using the power cable and AC adapter. If the battery charge falls to a low level, the battery status LED will turn red. Completely discharging the battery will cause the MobileStudio Pro to shut down.

If you have a problem with battery operation and are not able to resolve it, contact Wacom Support.

To protect and maximize the life of your battery:

  • Operate and store your MobileStudio Pro at room temperature.
  • Do not allow your battery to be completely discharged.
  • Do not ignore low-battery notifications.
  • When you disconnect the MobileStudio Pro from the power cable to begin using it as a mobile device, check to see that the battery status LED is green (on models DTH-W1321 and DTH-W1621) or is off (on models DTH-W1320, W1620).
  • If you will not be using your MobileStudio Pro for an extended period of time, charge the battery before your final use.
Important: Do not attempt to access, remove, repair, or alter the battery. If you experience a problem with the battery, contact Wacom Support for your region.
