Test the Dial

If a Dial does not work as expected, check the assigned actions or reset it to the default settings. Also try the steps outlined on the Wacom Support page. If you are still having issues, use the diagnostic steps below.

  1. Open Wacom Center.
  2. Select your device in the Devices sidebar.
  3. In the main content area, click Advanced.
  4. At the bottom of the Advanced settings screen, click Diagnostics.
    Note: The Diagnostics dialog shows dynamic information about your device and tool(s).
  5. Observe the Device Info column as you test the Dial.
  6. Use your finger to spin the Dial 360 degrees in both directions and watch the Left Dial and Right Dial rotation values change.
  7. Note: The Diagnostics dialog only shows the Right Dial for Intuos Pro S.
  8. If no rotation values display, the test has failed. Please contact Wacom Support.
  9. Click Diagnostics again to close the dialog.
